Refunds & Cancellation
Reservation would only be guaranteed on the basis of a valid credit card.
Requests for specific bed types and smoking preferences will be accommodated, based on availability on arrival at the hotel.
Cancellations/amendments made 48hrs prior to the check-in date: Full reservation rate will be charged to the guest’s credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
No shows and early check-outs will be charged in full on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed on the original payment days within 7-10 working days.
